A cooperative board game to help teams and organisations thrive in the 21st century.

The transition from the industrial to the information society is characterized by increased volatility, higher uncertainty, greater complexity, and constant ambiguity. Thriving in such an environment requires to adapt strategy, structure, and culture. Blind Spot is a serious game to support you and your team in this transition.

During 60 minutes, 4 players take charge of their organization. They navigate changes and disruptions in the environment, resolve challenges through acquired or built skills, while maintaining operations. Strategy, speed, and cooperation are critical to win.

By creating a psychologically safe space - the magic circle - participants can shift from routine to reflection, from internal to external orientation, from hierarchy to agility, and from short to long term thinking, regardless of their knowledge, experience or role.
